Tip 1: Choose your Bedding Based on Climate & Season

Nothing is more distracting than a sleep environment that is too cold or too hot. The type of bed linens you choose can have a major impact on your guests’ sleep temperature. Breathable materials, such as cotton, will allow for more heat transfer and help avoid those midnight sweats. On the other hand, materials like microfiber retain more heat and may be a more appropriate choice for cooler climates/seasons.

Another major consideration is your insert or comforter. In warmer climates, opt for lighter, all-seasons products. In naturally cooler climates, heavier weight products may be appropriate year-round.
